THERAPY
Play Psychology Perth provides therapeutic support for children and teenagers (aged 5+), using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of your child or teen. Therapy is delivered in an age-appropriate manner to effectively address the identified goals.
Sessions offer a safe and non-judgmental environment, helping children and teens understand their individual needs and empowering them to build life skills for long-term change.
Before therapy with your child or teenager begins, an Initial Parent-Only Consultation is recommended. This session allows for gathering background information, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and collaboratively setting therapy goals. You may be asked to complete brief questionnaires as part of this consultation.
